Here is her first letter:

Hey everyone!
Today's my third day in the MTC, and I am loving it so much! My companion is Sister Klein, and she's great. A little crazy, but great :) The other 2 sisters in our district are Sister Reed and Sister Foderaro, and they're also wonderful! Then we have one set of elders in our district, Elder Killpack and Elder Dardon, they're really nice too. And we're all going to Tampa, it's great!
My teachers are also really amazing, we have 3 of them right now and we spend basically all of our time with them. We met our first investigator yesterday, Tiva, and we get to teach her tomorrow. She's great and I'm really excited to teach her, but also I'm also kinda nervous. One of our teachers is also pretending to be an investigator named Cade, and we get to teach him starting tomorrow as well, which is kind of intimidating but hopefully it'll go well!
They have an aerobics class here at 6 am and it's the best :) Sister Klein and i got up yesterday to go and it was canceled, we were so sad! But they had it today, it was kickboxing, it was the BEST :) It's the closest thing we can really do to dancing on our mission and we love it :)

Sister Klein and I were called to be the Sister Training Leaders, I think for our whole zone, I'm not really sure because no one has really told us what that means. I think we have to train the sisters and elders coming in next week, which is crazy because we just got here and have NO idea what we're doing. And we have no one to train us because the people who came to our zone the week before us were all elders. We're kind of worried but I'm sure the Lord called us for a reason and I hope we can do a good job! I think it's cool that sisters have leadership positions now too.
Something that I really liked that we learned yesterday is how EVERYBODY needs the gospel. It's so wonderful and can bless everyone's life in such amazing ways, and we get to bring that to them. Everyone's journey to come unto Christ is different. We talked a lot about teaching people, not lessons. But everyone still needs the same basic things, they just need them in different ways, and only the Spirit can tell us what that is.

I think that's pretty much it! I'm excited to go to Florida but I also kind of don't want to ever leave, I really love it here. Being around all these missionaries and feeling the spirit so strong is amazing. I've been learning SO much. It's still hard to believe that I'm a missionary, but I love it so much.
The gospel is seriously the most amazing thing EVER, and I can't wait to share it with people!
Love you guys! The church is true!

June 27, 2014: Reporting to the MTC

ENTERING THE MTC
June 25, 2014

Jordan flew out of North Carolina on Tuesday, June 24.  Thankfully, I have family that lives in Bountiful, and they were willing to pick her up and let her stay the night at their home.  The bonus was that Grandma Linda was in town.  They had ice cream and went to the Bountiful Temple.  And they made thie perfect sign for Jordan.

The next day, they took Jordan to the MTC in Provo, Utah.  Jordan will remain here until July 8, when she departs for Tampa.  She was a bit nervous, but so very excited.
